Play a lot of shows? Don’t send them one at a time. Give Extra Chill the page where you already list your dates, and new shows land on the calendar automatically.
What Works
Any page that lists upcoming dates for one artist, one venue, or one festival:
- An artist’s tour page
- A venue’s own calendar
- A festival’s schedule
A page for a single event isn’t enough on its own. Use the event form for one show.
Add Your Page
- Log in to Extra Chill, or join for free.
- Open Submit Event.
- Paste the page link under Have a reliable event source? and select Try URL.
- Look over the shows we found. If they look right, select Submit for review.
What Happens Next
The team reviews the page. Once it’s approved, you’ll get a notification telling you how many shows were added. After that we check the page on a schedule, usually once a week, and add new dates as you post them.
Keep your own page up to date and the calendar follows it. You don’t have to send us anything else.
Why a Page Might Be Turned Down
- It lists one event, not a run of upcoming dates.
- It mixes several artists or venues, so the shows don’t belong to one act or room.
- It lists shows at a venue but isn’t that venue’s own site.
- We already import that page.
Shows Listed in More Than One Place
The same show often turns up on a tour page, a venue calendar, and a ticketing site. We match them up so it appears once on the calendar. If you still see a duplicate, post the two event links in the Tech Support Forum.
Just One Show?
Use the event form on Submit Event. If you have a flyer, upload it and we’ll read the title, date, and venue for you.
